১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ / 1. Acceptance of Terms

মিশন হ্যাকার্স অ্যাক্সেস ও ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই চুক্তির শর্তাবলী মেনে নেন এবং তা মানতে সম্মত হন। যদি আপনি উপরোক্ত বিষয়গুলো মেনে নিতে সম্মত না হন, তাহলে এই সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।

By accessing and using Mission Hackers, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

২. ব্যবহারের লাইসেন্স / 2. Use License

মিশন হ্যাকার্সের কোর্স ও উপকরণসমূহ শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত, অ-বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে সাময়িকভাবে অ্যাক্সেস করার অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়েছে। এটি একটি লাইসেন্স প্রদান, স্বত্বাধিকার হস্তান্তর নয়। এই লাইসেন্সের আওতায় আপনি নিচের কাজগুলো করতে পারবেন না:

• উপকরণ পরিবর্তন বা অনুলিপি করা
• বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে বা প্রকাশ্যে উপকরণ ব্যবহার করা
• LMS অ্যাপের কোনো সফটওয়্যার রিভার্স ইঞ্জিনিয়ার করার চেষ্টা করা
• উপকরণ থেকে কপিরাইট বা মালিকানা নোটিশ সরানো
• উপকরণ অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তিকে হস্তান্তর করা বা অন্য সার্ভারে "মিরর" করা

Permission is granted to temporarily access the courses and materials on Mission Hackers for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on LMS App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

৩. ব্যবহারকারীর অ্যাকাউন্ট / 3. User Account

প্ল্যাটফর্মের নির্দিষ্ট কিছু ফিচার ব্যবহার করতে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন করতে হবে। নিবন্ধনের সময় সঠিক, হালনাগাদ এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে এবং সেই তথ্য সঠিক ও হালনাগাদ রাখতে সম্মত হতে হবে।

আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড সুরক্ষিত রাখা এবং আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অধীনে পরিচালিত সমস্ত কার্যকলাপের জন্য আপনি নিজেই দায়ী। আপনি তৃতীয় কোনো পক্ষের কাছে পাসওয়ার্ড প্রকাশ না করতে এবং কোনো নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘনের বিষয়ে অবিলম্বে আমাদের জানাতে সম্মত।

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security.

৪. কোর্স এনরোলমেন্ট ও অ্যাক্সেস / 4. Course Enrollment and Access

কোনো কোর্সে এনরোল করলে, ক্রয়ের সময় নির্দিষ্ট সময়কালের জন্য আপনাকে কোর্স কন্টেন্টে অ্যাক্সেস দেওয়া হবে। এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করলে কোর্সের অ্যাক্সেস সীমাবদ্ধ বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

আমরা পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো কোর্স পরিবর্তন, স্থগিত বা বন্ধ করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

When you enroll in a course, you will be granted access to the course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Course access may be limited or terminated if you violate these terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course at any time without prior notice.

৫. পেমেন্টের শর্তাবলী / 5. Payment Terms

সকল কোর্স ফি প্রযোজ্য মুদ্রায় তালিকাভুক্ত এবং অ্যাক্সেস দেওয়ার আগে সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ করতে হবে। আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মে প্রদর্শিত বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করা হয়। সমস্ত পেমেন্ট তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট প্রসেসরের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদে প্রক্রিয়া করা হয়।

মূল্য পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। তবে, ইতিমধ্যে কেনা কোর্সের উপর কোনো মূল্য পরিবর্তন প্রযোজ্য হবে না।

All course fees are listed in the applicable currency and must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect courses already purchased.

৬. মেধাস্বত্ব অধিকার / 6. Intellectual Property Rights

মিশন হ্যাকার্সের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, যার মধ্যে টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, ভিডিও, অডিও, সফটওয়্যার এবং কোর্স উপকরণ সহ সবকিছু, মিশন হ্যাকার্স বা এর কন্টেন্ট সরবরাহকারীদের সম্পত্তি এবং আন্তর্জাতিক কপিরাইট আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

All content on Mission Hackers, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, software, and course materials, is the property of Mission Hackers or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

৭. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপ / 7. Prohibited Activities

আপনি নিচের নিষিদ্ধ কার্যকলাপে অংশগ্রহণ না করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন:

• সেবার যেকোনো অংশ অনুলিপি, বিতরণ বা প্রকাশ করা
• সেবা অ্যাক্সেস করতে কোনো স্বয়ংক্রিয় সিস্টেম ব্যবহার করা
• স্প্যাম, চেইন লেটার বা অন্যান্য অযাচিত যোগাযোগ পাঠানো
• সিস্টেমের অখণ্ডতা বা নিরাপত্তায় হস্তক্ষেপ বা আপোস করার চেষ্টা করা
• সম্মতি ছাড়া অন্য ব্যবহারকারীদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা
• কোনো অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত উদ্দেশ্যে সেবা ব্যবহার করা

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service
• Using any automated system to access the service
• Transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications
• Attempting to interfere with or compromise the system integrity or security
• Collecting information about other users without their consent
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

৮. দায়বদ্ধতা অস্বীকার / 8. Disclaimer

মিশন হ্যাকার্সের উপকরণগুলো 'যেমন আছে' ভিত্তিতে সরবরাহ করা হয়। মিশন হ্যাকার্স কোনো ধরনের ওয়ারেন্টি দেয় না এবং বিক্রয়যোগ্যতা, নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে উপযুক্ততা বা মেধাস্বত্ব লঙ্ঘন না করার অন্তর্নিহিত ওয়ারেন্টি সহ সমস্ত অন্যান্য ওয়ারেন্টি অস্বীকার করে।

The materials on Mission Hackers are provided on an 'as is' basis. Mission Hackers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

৯. সীমাবদ্ধতা / 9. Limitations

কোনো অবস্থাতেই মিশন হ্যাকার্স বা এর সরবরাহকারীরা মিশন হ্যাকার্সের উপকরণ ব্যবহার বা ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতার ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো ক্ষয়ক্ষতির (ডেটা বা মুনাফা হ্রাস বা ব্যবসায়িক বাধাসহ) জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।

In no event shall Mission Hackers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mission Hackers.

১০. শর্তাবলীতে পরিবর্তন / 10. Modifications to Terms

মিশন হ্যাকার্স যেকোনো সময় পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই সেবার শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর বর্তমান সংস্করণ মেনে নিতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

Mission Hackers may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these terms.

১১. প্রযোজ্য আইন / 11. Governing Law

এই শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে এবং আপনি সংশ্লিষ্ট আদালতের একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ারের কাছে অপরিবর্তনীয়ভাবে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
